Ours is an industry where it is crucial to determine reasonable and responsible practices in working with and retaining an Artist’s credentials, schedules and remunerations.
Louise Cross Casting (the company) ensures that responsible measures are in place to address the need for diligence in these matters, and to further the trust of client, agent, and production alike.
In short, there are no proprietary systems owned by or used by Louise Cross Casting to generate or store information when working.
The services that are used by the company all have published written policy that tick the procedural boxes to be compliant with laws on data responsibility. All required security measures are met, and in turn, the company is respectful of the data it holds and the content it hosts.
Just to be just plain and simple: there is no way around the fact we work with a lot of personal information. That is the same for any Casting Director. What can be asserted is that we hold contact information only as a necessity of a project, and do so within protected documents or private digital address books.
We never leave things open on our computers outside of working hours.
If anyone were to ask Us for any contact information about a client, we would decline or seek consent in context.
We confirm that no information about Artists or Production is ever shared or sold and that all information is only utilised as required within the casting process.
If you require this written out in full legal-type, you can download the full ‘Privacy Policy' from the button on this page.
Yours, with trust.
Louise and Team.
